Now Hiring - Home Care Marketing Liaison in Greenwich, CT

Sterling Care is a well-established, high-quality, comprehensive home health care and home care agency based in Greenwich, Connecticut. We seek an experienced marketing liaison to develop relationships with referral sources and generate clients for services in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.

This field-based sales and marketing position requires in-person contact with referral sources. Candidates should have a proven track record of generating new business and outside sales in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will lead in growing the business and be self-motivated to thrive with minimal direct supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify existing and generate new referral contacts within the community, including hospital case managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, adult day care, hospices, physicians’ offices, geriatric care managers, eldercare attorneys, etc.
• Visit hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, doctor’s offices, and other referral sources in our service area regularly and follow up with discharge planners when clients get admitted.
• Provide updates and statuses on admitted clients and potential referrals.
• Assist in obtaining relevant paperwork from referral sources and clients on a timely basis.
• Establish, nurture and maintain existing and generate new professional relationships with all referral sources that contribute to the company’s continued growth.
• Meet directly with potential clients and their families to discuss their care needs.
• Regularly attend daytime and evening marketing and networking events to enhance the visibility of our agency in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
• Assist with marketing on social media and via email.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of field sales experience with a proven track record
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is a plus
• An RN, LPN, or EMT is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

• Excellent technology skills include using smartphones, laptops, Microsoft Office Suite, and a contact relationship management system.
• Must have a car in good working condition with insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
